National Poison Prevention Week 2025 Poster Contest

Contest Rules:
All participants must be a child in West Virginia in Kindergarten-12th Grade.
A parent or legal guardian must sign an artwork release form.
Poster must be on 8 ½ x 11 paper.
Posters must have a poison prevention focus.
Posters must include the West Virginia Poison Center number (1-800-222-1222).
Poster must be mailed or emailed to:

Goal of the Poster Contest:
To create awareness of poisons.
To help prevent poisonings.
Contest Details:
Posters will be judged by West Virginia Poison Center staff and/or members of collaborating organizations.
All posters may become part of West Virginia Poison Center materials, such as brochures, posters, and highlighted on the website and social media.
Winner/s will be announced on the West Virginia Poison Center website.
